Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Tunnel

The Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Tunnel , also known as the Chenani-Nashri Tunnel or Patnitop Tunnel , is a road tunnel in the Jammu and Kashmir region of India . National Highway 44 runs through the tunnel , running from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu to Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. With a length of 9.28 km, it is the longest road tunnel in India. The tunnel received its current official name in 2019 in honor of former Indian politician Syama Prasad Mukherjee (1901–1953)

Z-Morh Tunnel

The Sonamarg Tunnel is a 6.5-kilometer-long (4.0 mi) road tunnel connecting Gagangir and Sonamarg in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It carries two lanes of National Highway 1 (NH-1) and bypasses a Z-shaped stretch of road that was previously avalanche-prone and frequently blocked during winter due to heavy snowfall. 

Chattergala Tunnel

Chattergala Tunnel is a 6.8-kilometer-long road tunnel under construction in Jammu and Kashmir, aimed at improving connectivity between Kathua and Doda districts via the Basohli-Bani-Sarthal route on National Highway 244 (NH-244).

Jawahar Tunnel

The Jawahar Tunnel, also known as the Banihal Tunnel, is a 2.85-kilometer-long road tunnel located on National Highway 44 (NH-44), connecting Banihal and Qazigund in Jammu and Kashmir. Constructed in 1956 and named after Jawaharlal Nehru
